Stewart's Packaging - located in Houston, Tx, they have no minimums and no service charges on their products.
They carry retail packaging as well as restaurant packaging and general supplies such as sealing tape.
I personally purchased T-shirt, Thank You bags and clear sealing tape (only $1.25 a roll) and both were very reasonably priced. I received my order in 2 days! Very impressive!
Of course, I do live in Texas but still they shipped right away.
